'Where did you sleep last night' - Nirvana

On the 18th of November 1993 Nirvana recorded their MTV unplugged special at Sony Studios, New York.
' Where did you sleep last night' is a traditional American folk song dating back to the 19th century  and is best associated with the great blues singer Leadbelly who recorded it in the 1940's. Nirvana's stunning performance here introduced this great song to a new audience. Tragically, less than six months later singer Kurt Cobain was dead.

'Her husband, was a hard working man,
Just about a mile from here.
His head was found in a driving wheel,
But his body never was found'.
